Discover contemporary architecture

Not spectacular architecture, big projects, which have been illustrated copiously elsewhere, but  ‘everyday’ architecture instead, which you come across on a daily basis and which punctuates the urban landscape, signalling the way our cities continuously adapt to today’s realities.

More than 90% of the projects which you will find here were realised before 1990 and more than half of them are less than 5 years old.  They are presented to you here by the architects who designed them and they stand as testimony to recent building without referring to aesthetics or quality.  Some tips to help you find your way round more easily….
